🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Because Glitch Devil produces limited-edition and digital goods, we enforce the following return and refund guidelines.

1. Digital Products (Music Downloads, eBooks, etc.)

All sales of digital goods are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Physical Merchandise (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Art Prints, etc.)

We accept returns only if the item is:

• Damaged upon arrival

• Incorrect or defective

• Unworn and returned within 14 days of delivery

3. Return Process

Email glitchdevilmusic@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo proof if applicable. If approved, we’ll provide a return address and issue a refund or replacement upon item receipt.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
